Dear Melges 20 North American Championship Competitors,

We are so excited to welcome you all this forthcoming weekend to the Melges 20 North American Championship! There are a ton of activities planned in addition to some amazing racing — so get ready to have an awesome time!

Please take a moment to review the following event reminders that include the events schedule and entry particulars. Please note the skippers meeting will be moved 15 minutes earlier than as noted in the NOR. There will be an official amendment for this shortly.

ENTRY FEE
If you have not yet made your payment for the event please do so ASAP!

ADDITIONAL DINNER TICKETS
For those wishing to purchase additional dinner tickets for Saturday evening at the club can do so by clicking here. Please take care of these items in advance!

CREW LISTS & SAIL DECLARATIONS
All Melges 20 teams shall declare their crew and supply a sail declaration for the event by the close of registration on Thursday September 22 at 5:30 p.m. All crew lists and sail declarations shall be submitted at the Official Event Yachtscoring Website.

CLASS MEMBERSHIP
All helms shall be members of the Melges 20 Class. For those that are not current Class Members, you may Join The Class Online at melges20.com.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Thursday, September 22

• All day Launching
• 3:30-5:30 : Registration in the sailing office
• Participants are invited to a practice race as part of RCYC’s Thursday Night mid week race (SIs are available in the sailing office).
• Warning signal scheduled for 18:15.

All sailors and family are invited to join us for the post racing sailors buffet offered in the Clubhouse buffet. Tickets will be for sale in the club house.

Additionally, if there is enough interest an informal tune up session will occur in the harbor Thursday afternoon, likely around 2pm. We will set a course and run some practice starts followed by some short races. We would like to gauge interest in this so please email Justin@paretntoltd.com if you would like to be part of it.
